Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – CLEXPERR

At CLEXPERR, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return, refund, and cancellation process.


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You wish to exchange for a different size of the same product.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • Unwashed and unaltered.

  • In its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Products that are worn, washed, or altered.

  • Innerwear, accessories, and gift cards.

  • Clearance or β€œfinal sale” items.


3. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at support@clexperr.com within 5 days of delivery with your order details and product images.

  2. Once approved:

    • We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (if serviceable).

    • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.

    • For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 7-8 business days
  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will confirm approval of your return or exchange.


4. Refunds (for Returns)

  • Approved refunds for defective items will be credited within 7–10 business days.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Only defective/damaged items are eligible.

  • To ensure a smooth process, please record an unboxing video before opening the packaging.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI (customer must share details).

  • Shipping charges and COD handling fees (β‚Ή50) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • To exchange for a different size, a β‚Ή100 shipping fee will be charged.

  • Once the product passes quality check and the fee is paid, your replacement item will be shipped.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued (minus COD/shipping charges, if applicable).


6. Cancellation Policy

At CLEXPERR, we value your trust and strive to provide you with a smooth shopping experience.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Once a COD order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • If the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it and receive a 100% refund, processed within 7–10 business days.

    • If the order has already been shipped, you may still request cancellation, but only 85% of the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The remaining 15% will be deducted as transportation and handling charges.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.

  • In such cases, replacement shipping will be free of cost.
