1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Delhi NCR Orders: Processed within 24 business hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Rest of India: Processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days.

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days.

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days (depending on pincode serviceability).

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping & COD Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹899

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional handling fee of ₹50.

  • Applicable charges will always be displayed at checkout before you make payment.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an Email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details and courier partner information.

  • Orders can be tracked directly on the courier’s website/app or through your CLEXPERR account.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or external disruptions.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos/videos and contact us at support@clexperr.com within 24 hours of delivery.
