1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Delhi NCR Orders: Processed within 24 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
Rest of India: Processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days.
Metro Cities: 3–4 business days.
Other Locations: 5–7 business days (depending on pincode serviceability).
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen factors.
4. Shipping & COD Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹899
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional handling fee of ₹50.
Applicable charges will always be displayed at checkout before you make payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an Email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details and courier partner information.
Orders can be tracked directly on the courier’s website/app or through your CLEXPERR account.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or external disruptions.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos/videos and contact us at support@clexperr.com within 24 hours of delivery.
